Tools and Equipment

‍Ask about the tools they have. Do they have ladders and specialised equipment?

From something as simple as a podger used for aligning holes and preventing overtightening bolts, to scissor lifts that provide a stable platform that allow builders to reach heights with ease or transport materials. Do they own the tools? Or would they be renting them out and incur additional costs?
